Lynley has been counselling since 2006 and has the knowledge and experience of working in mental health - particularly specialising in the areas of depression and anxiety - as well as grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues and stress. She has considerable experience working in local agencies which has seen her work with an extensive array of client issues.
Lynley is a full member of The New Zealand Association of Counsellors which ensures that she practices in accordance to a strict code of ethics. Competency is ensured through continued and regular Professional Development.
